A national steering committee for IAHS-PUB in China was established in June 2004, following wide discussions among researchers from universities, the Ministry of Water Resources and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Professor XIA Jun, the Vice President of IAHS, chaired the first domestic PUB meeting and announced the establishment of the China PUB National Steering Committee. It includes 26 main members: the core members are
